Mom's Sweet & Sour Green Beans Fry Bacon
Until CRISP and save the bacon grease Cook the
onions in 2 Tbsp bacon grease until soft but not brown
Slowly stir in flour
Add
Vinegar, Salt, Pepper, Sugar and Green Bean Liquid Cook
mixture until it starts to thicken
Add Green Beans and cook until heated
Place in serving dish and crumble bacon on top If
you wish to double or triple recipe double or triple all ingredients
except vinegar and sugar. Add the vinegar and sugar sparingly and
