Swiss Cheese Sauce

 

SWISS CHEESE SAUCE INGREDIENTS

2 Tbsp Margarine or Butter
2 Tbsp  Flour
1 Chicken bouillon or 1 tsp instant chicken bouillon
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese

 

SWISS CHEESE SAUCE

Melt margarine and stir in flour and bouillon until smooth.  Add Milk and cook until bouillon dissolves and sauce starts to thicken.  Remove from heat and add cheese stirirng constantly until cheese melts.
