1. Pan Fry Pork Steaks in a little cooking oil until golden brown 2. Place Pork Steaks in pressure cooker and add 3 cups water and 1/2 tsp garlic and some salt & pepper. Cook for 20 - 25 minutes. 3. Start to boil water in 4 qt pot. 4. Using a food processor add potato, onion, salt, pepper, egg and garlic. Grind on high until almost a liquid consistency. Add flour and continue using food processor on high. You may need more flour and are looking for a very thick consistency. 5. Drop potato mix into pot of boiling water using a teaspoon to drop small amount in water. Bring back to rolling boil and reduce heat to just boiling. Boil for 12 minutes and turn off and let sit in water until ready to serve. Drain and rinse with hot water. 6. Cool pressure cooker under cool water before opening. 7. Serve Pork Steaks and Dumplings with some of the juice left in pressure cooker. |
