Fire Hall Buffalo Wings

   
3-4 lbs Chicken Wings (pre-cut or cut your own to save money)
1 bottle Franks Original Red Hot Sauce
1/2 stick Butter or margarine
3 shakes Garlic Powder
4 Squirts Heinz Ketchup

 

  1. Deep Fry Wings in hot canola or peanut oil at 400 degrees until they rise and turn brown about 10-12 minutes.  (You can bake these if you wish).

  2. Mix Sauce ingredients very well and pour over wings after they are done cooking.

  3. Serve with Blue-Cheese Dressing or Ranch Dressing and celery
