Remove cream filling from cookies and blend cookies in food processor, then set aside.  Add sugar           and butter  to cream cheese and whip together.  Add vanilla pudding, then blend in milk.  Fold in           Cool Whip.  In a large  bowl put a layer of cookies, then a layer of cream mix, and keep alternating           the layers, ending with a cookie layer.

        Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
