Pork Stuffing Casserole

1 (6 oz) - pkg Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix (stovetop)
2 Eggs (beaten)
1 can Cream of mushroom soup (divided)
1 tsp Instant Chicken Bouillon
1/4 cup Margarine
2 cups Diced cooked pork
1/2 cup  Milk
1cup Water

 

  1. Combine crumb portion of stuffing, mix with beaten egg and 1/2 can of soup and set aside.

  2. In saucepan combine season package from stuffing mix with bouillon, margarine and water.  Bring to a boil, cover and lower heat and simmer for 6 minutes.

  3. Stir into crumb mixture, mixing well.

  4. Butter 2 quart casserole and spread stuffing mix inside.

  5. Top with diced pork

  6. Combine rest of soup with 1/2 cup milk and spread on top of pork

  7. Bake at 350% for 45 minutes or until set and knife comes out clean.
