Herman Pancakes

   

  1 cup

  Herman Starter Dough

  1 cup

  Flour

  1/2 tsp

  Salt

  1/2 tsp

  Baking Soda

  2 tsp

  Baking Powder

  1 cup

  Milk

  2

  Eggs (beaten)

 

  1.  Thoroughly mix dry ingredients

  2.  Blend in remaining ingredients (MIX UNTIL JUST MOISTENED)

  3.  Use 1/2 cup of the mixture for each pancake

  4.  Use cooking oil in pan and fry until golden brown, flipping only once when edges are

       brown and center starts to bubble.

  5.  Serve with syrup or your favorite pancake topping.
