Shrimp Dip

1 pound Cooked Shrimp - coursely chopped

1/4 cup chopped red onion

2 Tbsp chopped fresh tarragon

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

 

                                                                                                                           

  1. Combine shrimp, tarragon and onion

  2. Mix tin the mayo and sour cream and Worcestershire sauce

  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper

  4. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.

  5. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
