Spinach Dip

                                                                                                                           

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1 (0.7-ounce) package Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1/4 cup finely grated carrot
  • 2 Tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper

Blend sour cream, mustard and salad dressing mix in bowl. Stir in spinach, carrot and pepper. Refrigerate until serving time. Garnish as desired. 

Serve Dip with your favorite crackers or with small pieces of bread.  You can also hollow out a loaf of bread and place this in the center.  Save center bread for dipping pieces.
